CONFIRMATION After you place your order, you will be sent a confirmation email with the order number and details. Once your order is shipped:

If 24 hours or more have passed and you still have not received your product, please notify us immediately and provide your order number for support. If the shipment is confirmed as "lost," we will be responsible for reshipping or refunding, depending on your choice.
