Return and refund
We want you to be satisfied with every item you buy from Kinnls. Our team reviews your ordered products before they are packaged and shipped. However, sometimes a return or exchange is required. We hope you understand that the shipping cost for furniture is high. Therefore, for returns or cancellations for personal reasons, the customer will have to bear the shipping cost.
CANCELLATION OF THE
1. custom-made orders are excluded from revocation. 2. if you do not personalized orders, you can cancel free of charge within 24 hours after placing the order.
3. if the product has not been shipped after 24 hours, you can still cancel it for free. (Preliminary items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours)
4. once the product is shipped, you can not cancel it, but refuse to deliver. If you refuse, you have to pay the shipping cost.
*Please note:
Keep the package and truck range well until certain KINNLS products are suitable for you. Otherwise, return or exchange without original packaging is not possible. 30-DAY RETURNS You can arrange for return within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the product. However, you will have to pay the return or exchange costs if there are no quality deficiencies. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
The returned product must be: -In the original packaging -In new/unused condition. Products excluded from this policy and not entitled to return/refund are:
1. Customized items
2. Items marked“Non-Returnable” on the product page
3. Items are indicated to be sold at a discount due to quality issues
4. Please note that any items returned without authorization will not qualify for a refund and be rejected on delivery to our warehouse.

Damage If there is a manufacturer error or transport damage, contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos for verification. We will work with you to find the best solution. Please send the following information to info@kinnls.com or at 1 (213) 723-8550.
1. photos and videos of the package, the item and the damaged place
2. photos of the label on the packaging (label and Sendungsverfolgungsetikett)
3. description of the problem ( describe it as clearly as possible) REFUND Once we receive and check the returns, we will refund the amount to you within 7 business days. We will also send you an email confirmation once the return is completed. If returned products arrive damaged or used, we will not refund them. EXCHANGE Please do not hesitate to call us at 1 (628) 500-8890 or email sinfo@kinnls.com before you wish to exchange your items. Customized items are excluded from the exchange.
